By accessing this website, submitting a manuscript, making a payment, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies.
1. Our Services
Global Publications provides academic publishing and related services, including manuscript processing, peer-review coordination, formatting, online publication, DOI services, publication certificates, and eligible printed materials.
The availability, scope, and cost of services may vary according to the selected journal and the services requested by the author.
2. Manuscript Submission
Authors must submit only original and unpublished work. A submitted manuscript must not be under consideration by another journal at the same time.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that:
- All authors have approved the submission.
- Names, affiliations, email addresses, and other details are correct.
- Required permissions and ethical approvals have been obtained.
- Sources, quotations, figures, tables, and data are properly acknowledged.
- The manuscript complies with the applicable Author Guidelines and journal policies.
Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
3. Review and Acceptance
Submitted manuscripts may undergo initial screening, plagiarism checking, editorial assessment, and peer review.
The editorial team may accept, reject, return, or request revision of a manuscript. Payment of a publication fee does not influence the editorial or peer-review decision.
An acceptance letter remains subject to completion of required corrections, copyright documentation, payment, formatting, and final editorial approval.
4. Publication Fees and Payments
Applicable fees are displayed on our Publication Fees page, payment page, acceptance communication, or the official website of the selected journal.
The final amount may depend on the journal, author category, number of authors, manuscript length, DOI service, printed copies, shipping charges, taxes, and additional services.
Payments must be made only through authorised methods such as Razorpay, cards, UPI, net banking, PayPal, or bank transfer.
A payment will be treated as successful only after confirmation from the authorised payment provider. Global Publications does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords.

5. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
An author may withdraw a manuscript without charge before acceptance.
After acceptance, payment, or commencement of publication processing, amounts paid are generally non-refundable.
A refund may be considered in cases of duplicate or excess payment, a verified technical error, an incorrect charge, or failure by Global Publications to provide the paid service.
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Publication and Delivery
The publication timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on peer review, author revisions, payment verification, copyright documentation, formatting, and editorial requirements.
Published articles are delivered digitally through the relevant journal website, publication link, DOI link where applicable, and email confirmation.
Printed journal copies, certificates, or other physical materials are available only for eligible services and are governed by our Shipping Policy:

7. Copyright and Author Responsibility
Authors retain copyright in their original work unless a different written agreement applies.
By approving publication, authors grant Global Publications and the selected journal the rights necessary to review, edit, format, publish, distribute, archive, and submit article metadata to DOI and indexing services.
Authors remain responsible for the originality, accuracy, legality, research ethics, data, references, and permissions relating to their work.
Global Publications may correct, withdraw, or retract content where required by law, copyright obligations, publication ethics, or serious academic misconduct.
8. DOI and Indexing
A DOI will be provided only where it is included in the selected service or separately requested and paid for.
Indexing organisations, databases, libraries, search engines, and DOI agencies operate independently. Global Publications cannot guarantee acceptance by a particular indexing service, a specific indexing date, search ranking, citation count, or academic benefit.
9. Privacy and Third-Party Services

We may use authorised third-party services for payments, DOI registration, indexing, hosting, email communication, and shipping. These providers operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
Global Publications will exercise reasonable care in providing its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, acceptance of every manuscript, a fixed publication date, indexing by third parties, or any particular academic, employment, financial, or professional outcome.
Global Publications will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect author information, author-related delays, third-party service failures, banking issues, courier problems, internet disruption, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Global Publications may update these Terms & Conditions when required because of changes in law, services, technology, payment methods, or journal policies.
The revised version and its updated date will be published on this page.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from the website, publication services, payments, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
