Global Publications primarily provides digital academic publication services. Printed journal copies, certificates, or other physical materials may also be delivered when they are included in an eligible service or separately ordered by the author.
1. Digital Delivery
Published articles and other digital materials may be delivered through:
- The relevant journal website
- Paper-specific publication links
- DOI links, where applicable
- Publication confirmation sent by email
- Downloadable certificates or other digital records, where applicable
Digital access to a published article is independent of the delivery of any physical copy.
2. Availability of Physical Materials
Printed journal copies, certificates, or other physical materials are available only for eligible journals or services.
Where a physical copy is included in the selected service, no separate printing charge may apply unless otherwise stated. Additional copies, courier charges, and other applicable costs will be displayed or communicated before payment.
Availability may depend on the journal, publication issue, service, quantity, and delivery destination.
3. Shipping Address
Authors must provide a complete and accurate delivery address containing:
- Recipient’s name
- House or building number
- Street and locality
- City and state
- Postal or PIN code
- Country
- Active mobile number
Any address correction must be requested before dispatch. Changes may not be possible after the package has been handed over to the courier.
Global Publications will not be responsible for delay, failed delivery, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the author.
4. Dispatch and Delivery Time
Physical materials are dispatched after:
- Publication has been completed
- Printing has been completed
- The delivery address has been confirmed
- Applicable printing, courier, and shipping charges have been received
The estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe will be displayed on the relevant payment page or communicated to the author before payment or order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary according to the destination, printing schedule, courier availability, public holidays, weather, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping Charges
Applicable printing, courier, and shipping charges will be displayed or communicated before payment.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Remote delivery locations
- Additional printed copies
- Re-dispatch
- International shipping
- Customs duties or import charges
- Other destination-specific requirements
Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Tracking Information
Courier or tracking details will be shared through email or another available communication channel whenever tracking is provided by the courier service.
The availability and accuracy of tracking updates depend on the courier provider.
7. Delayed, Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect, the recipient should contact Global Publications promptly.
The recipient may be required to provide:
- Paper ID or order details
- Delivery date and courier information
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect material
After verification, Global Publications may arrange a replacement, assist with a courier claim, or provide another appropriate resolution.

8. Failed Delivery and Re-dispatch
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or another recipient-related reason, additional courier or re-dispatch charges may apply.
Re-dispatch will be processed only after confirmation of the corrected address and payment of applicable charges.
Shipping charges for a successfully dispatched order are generally non-refundable unless the shipment is verified as lost, damaged, incorrect, or undeliverable due to an error attributable to Global Publications or the courier provider.
