1. Important Instructions
- Submit original and unpublished work only.
- AI tools may assist the writing process, but the manuscript must not be generated entirely by AI. Material AI assistance should be acknowledged appropriately.
- Use clear headings and subheadings wherever required.
- Write the manuscript in proper paragraph form. Do not present the main manuscript as bullet-point notes.
- Proofread the manuscript carefully before submission.

3. Manuscript Structure
- Title: Provide a clear and concise title that accurately reflects the study.
- Author details: Include author name(s), affiliation(s), designation and the corresponding author's email address.
- Abstract: Provide a concise summary of approximately 200–250 words.
- Keywords: Add 4–6 relevant keywords immediately after the abstract.
- Introduction: Present the background, significance, research problem, objectives and scope of the paper.
- Main body: Arrange the discussion in logical sections such as literature review, methodology, results and discussion, as applicable.
- Conclusion: Summarize the major findings, significance, implications and possible directions for future research.
- References: List every cited source consistently in an accepted citation style such as APA, MLA or Chicago.

4. File and Word Requirements
- Submit the manuscript as a Microsoft Word file in .doc or .docx format.
- The recommended manuscript length is 2,500–5,000 words; the APC calculator accepts up to 25,000 words.
- An applicable additional-word charge may apply when the manuscript exceeds the journal's stated word limit.
5. Originality and Similarity
- All manuscripts are subject to a plagiarism or similarity check.
- A manuscript with similarity above 15% may be rejected.
- The manuscript must not be under review or consideration by another journal at the same time.
- All quotations, data, images, tables and ideas taken from other sources must be acknowledged properly.
6. Tables, Figures and Language Quality
- Number and title all tables, figures, charts and illustrations appropriately.
- Refer to every table and figure in the text in the order in which it appears.
- Check references for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
- Correct grammatical, spelling and typographical errors before submission.

1. महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्देश
- केवल मौलिक और अप्रकाशित शोध-कार्य प्रस्तुत करें।
- AI उपकरणों की सहायता ली जा सकती है; किंतु शोध-पत्र पूरी तरह AI द्वारा लिखा हुआ नहीं होना चाहिए। आवश्यक होने पर AI सहायता का उचित उल्लेख करें।
- आवश्यकतानुसार स्पष्ट शीर्षकों और उपशीर्षकों का प्रयोग करें।
- मुख्य शोध-पत्र को नोट्स की तरह केवल बिंदुओं में प्रस्तुत न करें; सामग्री को सुव्यवस्थित अनुच्छेदों में लिखें।
- प्रस्तुति से पहले भाषा, वर्तनी और टंकण की सावधानीपूर्वक जाँच करें।

3. लेख संरचना
- शीर्षक: शोध-पत्र का शीर्षक संक्षिप्त, स्पष्ट और अध्ययन के उद्देश्य एवं दायरे के अनुरूप होना चाहिए।
- लेखक जानकारी: सभी लेखकों के नाम, पद, संबद्ध संस्थान और संपर्क लेखक का ईमेल पता दें।
- सारांश: शोध का स्पष्ट एवं संक्षिप्त सारांश लगभग 200–250 शब्दों में दें।
- मुख्य शब्द: शोध-पत्र की विषय-वस्तु को व्यक्त करने वाले 4–10 मुख्य शब्द दें।
- भूमिका: विषय की पृष्ठभूमि, महत्त्व, शोध-समस्या, उद्देश्य और अध्ययन-सीमा स्पष्ट करें।
- मूल आलेख: विषय और शोध-पद्धति के अनुसार साहित्य समीक्षा, शोध-पद्धति, परिणाम, चर्चा आदि अनुभाग सम्मिलित करें।
- निष्कर्ष: प्रमुख निष्कर्षों, अध्ययन की उपयोगिता तथा भविष्य की संभावनाओं का सार प्रस्तुत करें।
- संदर्भ: शोध-पत्र में उद्धृत सभी स्रोतों का क्रमबद्ध एवं एकरूप विवरण दें।
4. संदर्भ संबंधी निर्देश
- हिन्दी शोध-पत्र में विषयानुकूल हिन्दी भाषा के विश्वसनीय अकादमिक स्रोतों को प्राथमिकता दें।
- सामान्य ब्लॉग अथवा अविश्वसनीय वेबसाइटों को संदर्भ के रूप में प्रयोग न करें। पुस्तकों, शोध-पत्रों, जर्नल लेखों और आधिकारिक दस्तावेजों को प्राथमिकता दें।
- पाठ में उद्धृत प्रत्येक स्रोत संदर्भ सूची में होना चाहिए और संदर्भ सूची का प्रत्येक स्रोत पाठ में उद्धृत होना चाहिए।

5. फ़ाइल और शब्द संबंधी आवश्यकताएँ
- पांडुलिपि Microsoft Word की .doc अथवा .docx फ़ाइल में प्रस्तुत करें।
- अनुशंसित शब्द-सीमा 2,500–5,000 शब्द है; APC कैलकुलेटर अधिकतम 25,000 शब्द स्वीकार करता है।
- निर्धारित शब्द-सीमा से अधिक होने पर संबंधित जर्नल का अतिरिक्त शब्द शुल्क लागू हो सकता है।
6. मौलिकता और प्रकाशन नैतिकता
- सभी पांडुलिपियों की साहित्यिक चोरी अथवा समानता जाँच की जाएगी। समानता 15% से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- प्रस्तुत शोध-पत्र किसी अन्य पत्रिका में एक ही समय पर समीक्षा अथवा प्रकाशन के लिए विचाराधीन नहीं होना चाहिए।
- सभी उद्धरणों, आँकड़ों, चित्रों, तालिकाओं और विचारों के स्रोत का उचित उल्लेख करें।
- सभी लेखक शोध-कार्य में वास्तविक योगदान देने वाले होने चाहिए।
